Can you post a Screen Shot of your Talent Tree? I hear Destro is the way to go for good dps in PVE, but I don't have a clue where to start.

db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#IV0bZZEx0t00ttThis are the core talents. The rest of the talents really depend on your personal taste. For example, mine looks like this: db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#IV0bZfbZEx0tbMttI have improved imp and health-stone because it's more raid-friendly, and intensity + pyroclasm to negate damage interrupts as much as possible while over-aggroing with Rain of Fire or Hellfire. As you can notice, I am not a fan of having more range, simply because I think that if you know how to position yourself, you wont be in a great need to have more range against your target. I would rather have stamina increase by 6%. You can maximize this talent by not having improved imp for the blood pact, which will grant you additional 9% of Stamina.

Now, to maximize your damage on bosses, it all depends of the following factor:
SOUL SHARDS
You ALWAYS have to have maximum amount of soul shards with you.
If you know that the after the boss you will kill many mobs, you can use the max dmg rotation. If you know that we won't wipe more than once on the boss, you can use the max dmg rotation.
Otherwise, you will have to be careful how you use Shadowburn and Soul Fire, because you do not want to have zero soul shards on a boss fight.
Now about the rotation, I do it like this:
Corruption -> Curse -> Immolate -> Soul Fire -> Shadowburn -> Shadow Bolt -> Conflagrate (1) Immolate -> Shadow Bolt -> Corruption -> Shadow Bolt -> Shadow Bolt -> Conflagrate (2)
Repeat (2) while Soul Fire is on Cooldown.
In between, you will use life tap when you can, but you have to be careful not to screw up the conflagrate. DOT timer really helps you with this. Usage of Bandage and Healthstone is mandatory in certain fights, because the healers are focused on the tanks.

Elf try a rotation of SB, Corruption,immolate,curse here (but only if it COA other wise you COS, COE, COD in the beginning of boss encounter ) , SF, Shadowburn, SB if you can b4 immolate falls of so you can conflag the immolate then re- up your immolate follow with a SB 2x lifetap, SB, ..... SB is your filler spell cast with whenever you can between cooldowns and dot re- up casts keep your dots up and make sure you get that conflag right b4 immolate drops. make sure to cast your soulfiret as soon as the cool down us up and use you shadowburn after a long cast spell such as SB,SF,immolate, watch your agro fo sho
